Şirin Karadeniz is a Professor of Educational Technology at Bahçeşehir University (BAU). Prof. Dr. Şirin Karadeniz is te dean of Faculty of Educational Sciences at Bahcesehir University. Her B.A. in Computer System Education, M.Sc in Computer Education and PhD. in Educational Technology have helped her to develop her interest in developing technology enhanced learning environments for all ages. Dr. Karadeniz has research interest in digital citizenship, computational thinking, blended learning and technology integration into education. She served as consultant and researcher on national and international projects for Scientific Research Council of Turkey, Ministry of National Education, UNICEF and European Union. She has published book and book chapters, articles and proceedings in the field of educational technology.
