He graduated from Faculty of “Primary School Teaching” in Ataturk University in 2005. In 2006, he started his teaching career in a small village school. By receiving Special Education Certificate, he started to teach students with down-syndrome and autism, in 2012. He has been working as the Principal in İzmir Anafartalar Primary school since 2014.

During his years as Teacher and Principal, he has taken part and also lead many e-twinning, erasmus+, sodes and social responsibility projects. He voluntarily supported the projects of many non-governmental organizations. He continues to share his experiences with teachers and university students on various platforms. He is trying to contribute to the development of his students’ 21st century skills despite limited opportunities in his school. He has more than 20 prizes given by various public institutions and NGOs. In 2019, as being selected in the list of top 50 teachers in the world, he was a nominee for the Global Teacher Prize with 1.000.000$ prize money.
