The idea of ”enriching reality” started with L. Frank Baum who imagined glasses doing character analysis and reflected them in his book in 1901. Ivan Sutherland who designed "Sword of Damocles", the world's first virtual glasses worn on head, was a great inspiration for virtual reality technology. From the past to the present, we have been talking about the effects of augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), mixed reality (MR) on our lives and now we will talk about the expanded reality (XR) in the future. So how can we increase the interaction in our lessons with the enrichment of reality? In this workshop, we will work on how we can integrate AR and VR technologies into our subjects, which are difficult to materialize in the lesson or which cannot be studied in the classroom. By differentiating the teaching process with student-centered activities within the framework of the gain, we will design the learning experiences of all students and allow them to learn permanently.
