Educators teaching teenage students face an interesting challenge: how to take advantage of teens’ unique capacity for learning foreign languages, while at the same time motivating them to learn at a time in their life when distractions are at a maximum and motivation and the ability to focus on lessons seem to be at a minimum. Based on this knowledge, engaging digital learning technologies available today - combined with the right teaching, workload and support approaches - can produce the learning outcomes desired by students, parents and educators alike.
